Two British tourists have drowned in separate incidents in the Maldives on consecutive days.
Last week a 46-year-old man died while diving at Hammerhead Shark Point.
He was pronounced dead at hospital.
A second British man aged 65 drowned the following day.
He was also pronounced dead after arriving at hospital.
The deaths came just 24 hours apart and in the same area – the Rasdhoo Atoll.
Rasdhoo is a popular Maldives diving spot and noted for its hammerhead sharks.
